Ronak and Greg discuss the results from a JAMA Internal Medicine study that looked at the quality and overall empathy of responses between physicians and chatGPT in responding to patient questions. 195 patient questions were taken from the Reddit forum: AskDocs and then fed into the ChatGPT system. Responses were then analyzed for their overall quality and empathy.
